Hi , i live in Pakistan and a class fellow of mine hacked my hotmail , previous yahoo and facebook accounts!?

when asked why he said "go to hell!", hes been deleting my things and writing posts like "Happy Fathers day! cause u are all my fathers!". In pakistan piracy is legal so he got hacking software from a local store and hacked my account like half the classes! but we cant prove this since we got no evidence and he uses a local internet cafe! i would luv to smack that son of a b*** in the face! its especially worrying since i am entering O' levels and i've been emailed the registration form and the deadline is in 3 days! I am also constantly picked on and insulted cuz im just about an inch shorter than evry1 and i have no power but i am a prefect! i try hard but i cant do it! ive already got a guys section changed for brutally assaulting me cauzing me to be bedridden for days , it including opening my legs up wide and stomping on my privates ! it is also stressfull cuz im turning 14 and am going through "the phase" ! please can someone help! plus i cant report him since i got no evidence as i stated!
