Pain & aching after my baby birth?

on 20th june my 1st baby is bron. my body have some much pain and aching that i can not move or stand. my other problem is that my son is also very sick and doctor told me the feed him after 2 Horus. my baby eat only from one Brest my other brest nipple is not coming up so my baby can not eat from that. what i do for my body pain & aching? what i do with my one brest that it comes up because my normal brest is now paining or hurt so much?
