Is this considered cheating and how should i break up to stomp him?

Its really not cheating if they are just hanging out. Then again you cant always trust what a guy says. You may just be over thinking the situation. I have plenty of guy friends that i hang out with. That doesn't mean that im cheating on my boy friend unless i actually do something with them.
