Anyone know how to make a Hopeless Dragon Deck or is selling one?

i want to know what cards to use in a hopeless dragon deck. i know the main cards are usually Dark Horus, Dark Creator, and mainly Red Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon. So far i just want to make the most strongest one that i can. im mostly aiming to buy the cards separately or willing to buy a hopeless dragon deck at a reasonable price. as long as it's strong.
