How much black cohash do i take to kick start labor?

I am 37 weeks pregnant with my 2nd child and my doc said I have a big baby on the way, so she is planning to induce me at 39 weeks. I am ready NOW! I am in so much pain and discomfort, this has been the pregnancy from hell and I'm just done, I'm over it! The doc encourages sex to ripen and open the cervix, she is not worried if I go into labor early. Well, I've been doing the sex. Now, my 1st born, I did the Black Cohash tea and went 10 days early. I drank one cup and 2 days later another cup, within 24 horus after that 2nd cup, I had my daughter. Now, all I could find in stores was the capsules, which they say you can open and make a tea. Well, since this tea tastes absolutely horrid, I have just been taking the capsules. Its been almost a week and no baby. First day I only took one, everyday since then I have been taking 2, with the exception of yesterday and today, its been 3 caps. I can tell everything is getting close, I've dropped, I'm VERY sore down there and my hips are separating (cause I feel them grinding and they are very stiff getting up and down). SO, it seems I'm getting ready, but why are the caps taking so long?? They are 540mg caps. That seems like alot and 3 being a good dose. But when the hell is this kid coming?? Help if anyone has any experiance I would greatly appreciate feedback. OH I also lost my mucus plug already, about 3 days ago. Last preg, within 24 hours after that plug coming out, I had my kid.
