How to set rules for a long term guest?

First off-I am a lot like you and in my home I am not uptight ! This is my home ! CANCEL HIM coming to stay-This would not work for me so I know it won't work for you! And you have nothing to feel bad about. He is a single guy and I am sure others wouldn't have problem letting him stay. Save yourself some mental health and him also :) Your BF will probably be happy too !
