My rabbit started stomping randomly out of nowhere?

So it has been a week since I have gotten my rabbit and it was perfectly fine with my cat. But for some reason, my rabbit just got spooked and started stomping loudly and running in circles around the playpen. I was wondering why my rabbit got so shocked, even though the cat did what she always does, come into my room and sit in front of the cage and sleep?
