When did your child learn to play the game Memory?

My daughter will be 3 soon. I started playing Memory with her and she's ok at it, sometimes she is good but most of the time not so good because she is still little. Anyway, I was playing with her just now and she kept turning over the same 2 cards that don't match over and over, like 10 times. I figured it's normal because she is not yet 3 but it seemed a little odd, she kept expecting the same 2 cards to match over and over. I told her try some other cards and she got mad and didn't want to play anymore. I wasn't mean in the least, I just told her since those 2 don't match, try some others but she just stomped off and told me to play by myself. lol
