Yugioh level dragon deck help?

I am building a new deck, its a dragon lock-down deck, but I am not sure how it has to be made other than 1 horus lv.6, 1 horus level 8, 1 jinzo and the staples, I am wondering if anybody could give me an idea on how it should be built. I am working on an armed dragon deck too, but I think both dragons need to be in a deck of there own
